Weaving the Fabric of Diversity

Mosaic UU Lifespan Faith Development

Weaving The Fabric of Diversity is an eight-week structured small group to help people overcome bias and to celebrate diversity through telling their stories and actively listening to others. The course engages participants in a variety of activities to examine and challenge ableism, ageism, heterosexism, racism, and classism in a safe, caring, and respectful environment of religious community.

Trained facilitators will help create a safe environment for dialogue and exploration. Participants will be encouraged understand and appreciate diversity and its implications.
