Worship

The bond of unity in a church is not a shared belief but a shared worship(worth-ship)… Worship in a Unitarian setting becomes a shared act of celebration expressing our love for things of worth-those values by which and for which we live…

Phillip Hewett, Canadian Unitarian minister

UU worship services are multi-generational, containing music, stories, messages and time for reflection. Worship services are not based on any dogma, holy books or creeds, but are inspired by wisdom from the world’s many religions, earth-centered traditions and humanist teachings.

The UUA ordains seminary-trained ministers. At this time Mosaic UU services are led by lay members and various UU ministers in the pulpit one Sunday a month..
